Conference Registration and publication fee must escort all registration forms. Your registration is not confirmed until and unless full payment is received. Payment must be made in USD or INR. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
Extended Papers will be considered for Free of cost (No publication fee of extended paper):
CONDITION- Compulsory to Participate in the conference or at least one paper have to contribute in ICETMDE-2020
Extended paper will be 50-70% new contents and novelty

Registraion and publication fee will be according to first author of the paper(INR/USD) At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register at the full registration rate. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered.
It may be ensured that the Remitter’s (Participant/Author) name, EasyChair Paper-ID and the Purpose of remittance (Registration and Publication Fee) is clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application. Indian Nationals or Students residing in overseas have to pay foreign author’s registration rate only.
Student / Professional Member Registration:Students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars)/ Authors with Professional Member have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card / Membership card along with the Registration form to avail the deduction. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card and bonafied certificate from the Head of the Institution/Department.
